tsench knows whats up, you can get anything inspected in Lufkin! shops down here don't check anything.......and i mean anything. just go around to some local shops, or even if you see a group kids with their ricer toys and just ask where to get an inspection without getting scanned or anything. you shouldn't have a problem. good luck.....even if you still go the legal route!

We used to do that in WI here also, just register it in a different county, but then the state and cops got smart to that and will ticket you if your drivers license is different than your car registration, something about trying to circumvent goverment regulations. Get it to pass the legal way, sometimes it is easier!!!
