I tried searching but did not find exactly what I was looking for. My security light is on and the car won't start. I has done this one time a couple weeks ago but I disconnected the battery and it went back out and the car started. Now the light will not go out and the car will not start. I had to catch a ride home and leave it at work. We are on the interstate and have had two cars stolen from there in the past 3 years so I want to get it home asap. I don't like the idea of not having my theft system but for right now I was going to try to bypass it untill I can fix it. I have HP Tuners but I don't know what is needed to tune out the VATS. I read that you could tune it out when I searched. Please help, how do I tune it out?

I just got back with the car. I went back to work and the security light was off and it started up fine. I've shut it off and started it twice since then. I still need to get this taken care of.
