Default tuning 160* thermostat question

I had the hypertech 160* for awhile and decided to change the fan setting with my handheld. The following settings are:

Fan 1 off 178.85
Fan 1 on 186.08
Fan 2 off 187
Fan 2 off 193.24

So you guys think these are good temp settings or I need to change them?

the way i figure what temps to set fans to is to take a drive at about 65mph and see where ECT sits. The fans aren't doing anything at that speed so you get a good idea of what temp the thermostat is actually regulating at. Once you have that temp. set fan 1 on about 5 degrees higher and fan 1 off about 1 degree higher. set fan2 on temp about 5 degrees higher than fan 1 on temp and fan 2 off temp 1 degree lower than fan1 on temp.

This has always worked for me.

I have mine set up so the low speed fans crack on
just below the "pivot" temp (coast-down w/ rolling
airflow) and the high speed just above. I think I'm
at something like 177/175 and 180/178. So low
speed runs nearly full time onless I'm on the highway
but I can't hear it over the exhaust.

However you must expect that with A/C on the fans
will not hold these temps. Not down south in the
summer. So you will need to probably work over
the spark vs ECT adders if you tune it too tight for
"good weather" and low coolant temps.
