Default 2005 vette fan programming

I am completely unfamiliar with HP Tuners and with the 2005 Vette PCM but I was wondering if HPT allows access to the variable speed cooling fan tables? I want to lower the temp the fan comes on at and I want it to be on 100% speed anytime its on. Is this possible?

That's a pretty good load on things, it's current-greedy. The big rub is that without a custom OS, the lowest the fan can operate is 192degF. Some crazy E40 stuff I know

Ok, I will admit what I am trying to do. I am rebuilding a wrecked car that doesn't have the fan control module and I am too cheap to buy one. I have the fan wired to a relay instead and I want to use the pcm fan wire to trigger the relay. I figure if this will work I can have it done when I have the engine tune done.
