Default wtf....Im bleeding hp like a ebola victim. any ideas

Okay ritalin version: 413/400. after dynotune, upped timing from 24-27 at wot.. 400/397. I was told LS2's don't like alot of timing so......I
ported intake. ported t.b. new veraram/lowered timing back to 24 at wot... todays dyno 392/364....wtf?
below is a picture of todays dynosheet. the best pull.. Im down on hp and over 30lbs. of tq... all done on the same dyno. could the porting and new cai throw the tune that much out of whack?

all 3 pics are the same. but Im at a loss. my tuner is 300mi. away so it's hard to rush to him to straighten it out, and a/f was running from 12.5-12.1 so alittle rich, but not enough to bleed this much damn hp..
can anyone look at the sheet and maybe see a hiccup?
any idea's? does it need retuned maybe?

clutch is fine, no slipping. car was not heatsoaked, 10min shutdown between runs. and fan right on my vararam intake...

did all of your numbers come from the same dyno and have the same correction type applied to them?

yes it is the same dyno. the temp was about 10 degrees warmer, and just alittle more humid.
on this sheet the cf says: standard. and the smoothing : 4.

on the last sheet the cf says:5

today's dyno:

the last one before ported t.b./intake and vararam cai:

and the original after Mccord tuned it:
