Question Scan tool Revealed LTFT +25%

I hooked my '00 T/A into a scan tool because of a lean bank 1 and 2 code and found my LTFT to be +25%. I think my injectors are about maxed with my .623" lift cam, LT headers, LS6 manifold, LID, and P&P TB, but havent got that code in a while, I used to get it once in a while when i took my cutout off, but now its still on even after clearing it. could it be a vacuum leak?

could be vacuum or exhaust leak or anything that throws extra oxygen into the exhaust, like an injector not spraying fuel, so the cylinder is just pumping air.

Could also just be the cam and long tubes, if the
25% is only at idle and low TPS then O2 sensor
heat issues and shot-through air can make it read
lean.

Maxed injectors will only be revealed at the big
end where O2 sensors are ignored and no trimming
goes on (aside from +LTFT "residue", which is about
where you came from, not where you're at).

I just looked at my fp gauge under my hood. KOEO should sit at about 60psi, i turn the key and it went up to 30psi and dropped back to zero in a second. I cranked it up and its at 27 psi!!!! WTF. is it my FP reg. in the tank?

Bank specific LTFTs are 99% due to a bad o2 sensor on that side. An air leak would cause both banks to be affected, but if it's just one then it'st most likely the o2 sensor.
