Putting newer year 0S into my 99 TA. I want to put in a newer 0perating system on my 99 TA using hptuners.
If I put in say a 2001 or 2002 I guess vin is different and can't be changed.
Any other problems. I thought i heard vats don't work or car won't start and keep running or does it just make it easier to steal . And can a vats relearn fix the issue if there is one.
So anyone swapped in a newer 0S.
