Okay, I still can't get my lm1 hooked up to my efi live. It still reads no wide band detected. I tried hooking up the two cables together using a 9 pin gender changer. Some one mentioned to me that wouldn't work but I still don't see why. Anyway, who knows where I can get a single cable that links them together?

You need to select Innovate the for the WBO2 in the V2 settings.
F4> F1> F1
scroll down to:
COM Port> Wide-O2
WO2 Type> Innovate
Also select Serial and A/D PIDs for BBL

You need to use a Null Modem,
a regular gender bender will not work.

Okay, so I'm gonna buy this null modem cable but let me just say what the helk is the differance. It's the same thing. just with a cable.

You can also make your own direct cable if you have a set of crimpers.

FYI I used both. The adapter and the dedicated cable from Andy. Both work fine.

Thanks again guys. I ordered one on ebay for about $5. Hope it gets here by the end of the week so I can start logging some afr to really dig into some cal work.
