B5913 High Octane table has no values above .042 oz/cyl??

B5913 High Octane table has no values above .042 oz/cyl?? Trying to make a base tune with efilive cos3 to start up my camaro. I'm using a 2 bar map and have done everything to convert the tune to cos3 but the b5913 doesn't go above 0.042. I see people referencing values above this but I don't have these values in this table. Is this right? How is spark controlled above this point?
