Default Rev. Limiter

I have a Diablo hand held and i'm bouncing off the limiter with mods in sig.
When making the adjustment...would i raise the rev. limits or lower the shifting rpm's? Thanks for any help!

Leave the rev limiter alone. The stock valves start to float at 6200rpm.Tune the tranny shift points.
