Question VATS delete module??

my 1995 trans am is not running and its due to the infamous vats system. i used to be able to undo the battery terminals for about 10 min and put it back on and it would be fine for a while. now its on and will not let me start the car. i bought this online http://mysite.verizon.net/vze7erz1/id1.html . now i am concerned with it only having one wire (beside pwer and ground) that runs to my pcm for it to send fuel. my starter doesnt kick on at all. there is a clicking noise coming from the right kick panel (notreally loud). did i screw up and buy the wrong part? if it has fuel and doesnt kick the starter over its not much help. should i run a start button directly to the starter? has anyone used this part before? i need help!! thanks

http://www.3rdbrakeflasher.com/docum...ass_Module.pdf okay found this...well i hooked it up and it sounds like the fuel is working, but the starter is not kicking on at all. found out there is a starter antitheft relay. so i guess im going to bypass that too.
