Try the classifieds. Lots of deal there, just make sure you do your homework on buying credits and such before jumping on something that may seem like a deal that really isn't.
Otherwise it's roughly the same price anywhere you buy it. Some places do give small discounts buying credits if you buy the software from them.

I just bought mine out of the classifieds, all 98-99 Fbody's licenced and I own a 98. I sent the guy a PM even though the ad was 5 months old but it did not say sold. Look at them even if they are a few months old and not just the recent "for sale" ads. Good luck, I am having a hell of a time but also enjoying the challange.
