ok so just the regular tuner? download it to my laptop hook the laptop to the diagnostic port and i can check everything and change what needs to be changed? i watched the guy when he tried to tune my car yesterday but he went so fast idk what all he done. he showed me a table that had blue dots EVERYWHERE with an average line in the middle. and by those dots being everywhere he said i had bad plug wires which i did i found 2 cut wires. so i need to go in and fix what he missed. i cant afford to pay 125 every time i need my computer tuned.

Theres a place called www.mastach.com they have the cable for like 40 bucks it doesnt have the blow molded connector but has pins so you can use it either on obd1 connectors or the odb 1.5 like your 95 you have there ive used it for about 4 years and had no problems with it
