Predator & SLP MAF Can I run the slp maf with the predator performance tune? I was told I could with the grantelli MAF. What is the difference among the two MAF Slp is $160 grantelli almost 400? Please help
If you buy the '01-'02 MAF it's a dead swap and you can
do what you like. If you get the '98-'00 it is said to lean
you out much like the GMAF, although the degree may
vary. I have used the two together without trouble but
it's the later model. Now I have the SLP MAF descreened,
oh-so-slightly "ported" and retuned to roughly stock cal
with the Predator tune, +10 spark and +2.5% PE, no
knock and 900mV-ish WOT O2s. Seems happy.
