Default Help-fuel pressure problem

I just returned from having my car dyno tuned. It is a 98 with H/C and P1sc1 blower.
The issue is now, it is VERY hard to start, which has never been a problem before the tune. It will turn over for 4-5 secs. before it fire up.
The issue appears to be fuel related. When I switch the car on, it has no fuel pressure. Also, when I switch the car off, the pressure quickly drops from 59 to o in just a couple of seconds.
Is there somthing that was changed in the tune that is creating the fuel pressure problems?
Thanks for any help

"Is there somthing that was changed in the tune that is creating the fuel pressure problems?"
Have you asked the tuner what he did/did not do?

With FP dropping that fast after the pump is turned off
I'd bet you have a leak in the fuel tank.

I had the fuel line in the tank come loose from the fuel pump.

I'm not sure what he could do to create the problem, which is why I'm asking if it's somthing that MIGHT be caused by the tune. It's just a fact that it has never done this before, and now it's a problem AFTER the tune was complete.
I installed a Z06 MAf before the tune, which made it a littler harder to tune, and he just said that it now took a "little longer to crank"

If a line had come loose, wouldn't it affect the pressure/operation at all times? The pressure stays at a perfect 59-60 during all other operation except WOT, where it did actually drop a little lower than I had hoped while we were dyno tuning.

Yes.

You might have a bad FP regulator, that is in the tank.
FP should not bleed off that fast after the fuel pump shuts off.
It's not uncommon for FP and battery voltage to drop a little at high RPM.

It's a 98 C5, and I belive the regualtor is at the intake manifold. How can I tell if it is bad?

The fuel pressure used to drop only 2-5 psi after I shut the car off.

NOTE: I pulled the injectors and laid them on the engine (on a towel) and switched the car on, and there was NO leak anywhere.

With the regulator at the rail I would imagine that you would
have little to no FP if it was stuck open.
Fuel is returning to the tank somehow.

Why would there be a leak with the fuel rail off?

i pulled the injector rail out to make sure I didn't have a stuck injector stuck open and dumping fuel into the engine
Also, I read that one characteristic of a bad regulator was it leaking fuel. Wasn't really sure how to check for a bad regualtor
