predator customer service I just ordered my predator today from TBYRNE. 
the only thing I am worried about is the customer service from the actual Diablo Predator people. I have read many a thread that comments on bad customer service. I am hoping this is not true, because I am looking foward to enjoying this product. If any of you have comments , bad or good, please feel free to share. Thank you

I purchased mine through Summit. The guys at Diablo have treated me good and were prompt. Even when I did not understand or thought there was a problem I made an effort to be polite and got the same in return. This is just my .02 worth and my personal experiance with them. By prompt I mean that the custom tunes I recieved were done within 24 hours.
same here, i always get the tune back the next day after i send it. he is very helpful with the tune and i love it. i have had so many tunes made to get my car dialed in and he has had patients with me the whole time and learning process.....i think its great!
it was actualy from march to the middle of april. Its good to hear that there faster know because im going to need another tune this winter. Dont get me wrong i love my predator, I just wasnt happy with the long waite for the custom tune.

I don't know I have been triing to get in touch with them for two weeks and I still hven't gotten a returned phone call so I am not sure that the problem is fixed. I guess I will take my bussiness some where else If their not interesed in helping me just my .02

I have been calling and All I get is Can I take a message And I 'll have someone call you back (yea right) Wasted $400 Could have gotten EDit and Hard the car tuned and been enjoying this nice cold air that my car likes so well but I guess not I'll just what tell next year Buy edit and quit depending someone to stand by there word!!!
