PO134 and P0101 What the hell.

PO134 and P0101 What the hell. Working on a 2000 C5, iron block 408, and I keep getting the P0134. and the P0101. What is it and is it part of the reason I cant get inspected.? The codes Im getting from the inspection place are: O2 Sensor not ready, and O2 Sensor Heater not ready. And HVAC System Not ready.. What the hell. Do I just need a good tune.

It means that the second in line (post Cat) on the drives side is having issues. It is reading an extreme lean condition that is lasting longer than two minutes. Do you have cats? If so most likely the O2 sensor is not switching fast enough, therefore throwing code. Check cleanliness of connections, make sure it is installed tight, no header leaks, after checking this and still has a code,Replace it.
You cn reset you ECM erasing the code by removing under hood pcm batt and ecm batt, turning you key forward as to turn on dash lights allow to set 2-3 minutes, shut off install fuses and restart car.
If you have not cats and have removed the rear O2's then a mistake has been made in the tune and that one needs to be shut off.

Yeah, on the Vette you can pull the codes up on the dash and reset them, it clears the codes, but when I turn off the car and restart it, they come back..
If they come back you clearly have a problem. Sounds like the O2 needs replaced and you need to check for a vacuum leak around the intake for your P0101 error. A vacuum leak will also cause your O2's to fail.
