my friend at work was messing with my tune using hpturner, now the car my car will not idle and is shooting a po106(map sensor code) so the question is if i had a bad map sensor would it cause the car not to idle.

I believe its due to low vacuum.raise your idle a bit.

that make sense because when the car trys to run it only idles at 500-600 rpm

i just what to know if the would run w/a bad map sensor.

Not on its own. Hook his HP Tuners up to it and use the scan tool to see if the MAP sensor is reading when you give it throttle.
