Default Did the blackbox to 411 swap .. problems

Well the repin went very well, quick and easy (thanks to lextech's spreadsheet).

I used a 411 PCM and flashed a stock savana van file onto it.

We started it up and it will not idle , runs very rish at the somewhat of an idle is have (runs very rough until about 1500-2000RPM).

It does throw code P0200 (Injector Malfuntion)

Anyone know where to start with this ?

Anyway of telling of wehat injector ?

What motor size and injector part number ? How does that have any influence to what my problem is ? Im not trying to be rude .. but there is really not much more info that can be given ...

Its an 97 Chevy truck with a 5.7L that I swapped a 411 PCM flashed with a Savana van 5.7L file.

It runs like crap at idle, smoothes out after 1500RPM. and throws a P0200 code.

I checked the pins to ensure they were in fully, which they are. Doulbe checkeed the PCM grounds and they are also pinned properly.

Sounds like the injector pins may be in the wrong spots. Or you may have a ECU with a bad inj driver or two.

I checked the pins twice yesterday for location AND to make sure they were secure.

Is there a chance that my 01-02 Savana Van tune file is incompatible with my 411 truck ECM ?

There isn't much to the injector wiring. Make sure you have 12 Volts to them with the key on and the control wires are good back to the PCM. Did you follow the directions for the EGR wiring????

Maybe go down to the Zone and pick up a "noid light"?
If you don't want to just put a meter across them one
by one and look for discrepancies in the average (DC
reading) coil voltages.

i had a p0200- it turned out to be a chaffed injector wire that was grounding out on the head. i was told if u do not find any wiring problems that one of the injector drivers in ecm may be burnt. good luck
