06 corvette knock retard ive got a friend with a 06 corvette that with a 6 psi procharger. the car was mail tuned by ed wright. it felt kinda sluggish so i hooked to it and its pulling 12+ degrees of timing the whole time its in boost. afr was around 13.2:1.
i brought the afr down to around 12:1 and pulled some timing and still got the same knock retard.
i know on my car i added some knock sensor gain and this problem went away but there is no global gain table on this car, how do i got about desensitizing without this table? do i just up the votage that the pcm considers knock? any other ideas
the log is too big to post but heres a pic max retard it 12.9 min is 5 degrees. sorry the quality is so bad

your just runing too lean.
get the afr to 11.3 and let us know.
wont last long at 13.2 or even 12 under boost
if he is runing gasoline with ethanol 10% then change stioch to 14.13 and the PE to 1.25
