Default throwing codes after long tube and exhaust

this sunday i installed long tubes and true dual exhaust. when i started it up it came up with "camshaft position sensor low voltage input" is there a posibility that i could have unplugged it during header install? where is the camshaft position sensor located? this is all on a 1998 ss

also when it is cold it takes like 10 seconds of cranking to start.

and im throwing a low knock sensor voltage input would replacing this sensor fix this issue?
