Default HOW TO TUNE LTFTs

i found a couple ways to do this but the directions are a bit vague. i got the historagram logged but not sure which tables to modify to correct the LTFTs. any help please?

The single most important thing is to determine, for your
vehicle, whether the trimming process is working properly
or if LTFTs are being driven into the weeds by bogus O2
sensor feedback.

Then you want to decide, if there are trim skews that
you think are real, what accounts for them. You will find
conflicting advice, some of it pretty stale. But one truth
is that you are always best off representing reality to
the PCM. That is, if airflow is messed up then you fix
the thing with airflow related params / tables, not
cover it up with an injector delivery tweak and so on.
