Running rich after temp drop!!
1. What type of tune are you running (SD or MAF)?
2. What are the actual AFR's (wideband) that you are experiencing?
3. Are you running closed or open loop?
4. Are you getting a faulty TPS code?
5. What are your Trims (if running closed-loop)?
5. Can you post your log and tune?
There are a few idle parameters that could throw off your AFR during warm-up. Airflow, Commanded fuel etc. Normally with closed-loop everything Trims to ~14.7 AFR. A temperature change (ECT/IAT) normally only effects that period of time until your engine reaches the closed-loop enable tempearture (ECT).
I think if you can share your log and tune it will be easier to diagnose your problem. I am somehow guessing you are open-loop. Normally a temperature change like you are describing would not have that kind of effect.
Thanks.

Having issues posting the logs for some reason but I could email them to ya! They are reading .jpg.hpt.jpg. and I can't cahnge it for some reason. The tune reads .jpg.hpt and works and just doesn't have the last repeat .jpg and I ain't no computer wiz.
is a disproportionate fueling effect (via some sort of
bogus air mass scaling). Cooler makes richer and more
than even (if it were even, you would have no skew w/
temp).
This might be telling you that, at idle / low cruise, the
charge bias function wants reshaped to embody more
ECT and less IAT. But that's a messy tedious thing.
Before you go there, be sure you believe the NB O2s'
behavior is proper. These can be sensitive to outside
air temps as that's where the headers shed the heat,
and cold weather can show a summertime-OK sensor's
weakness. If your wideband says you're pig rich but
the trims are jacked positive and the narrowbands are
sitting lean or really sluggish, chase that first.
