I have EFILive which I've pretty much use for my LB7 duramax. I have the license to tune my LS1 but haven't had the heart to dive into it yet.
I pretty much have a stock LS1 other then the intake.
Are there some pony's I can unleash on a stock LS1 with EFILive?
Any guidance on where to start?
I always figured once I put my headers on (still in the garage) and cam swap that would be the time to re-tune but hell I've had the car sitting in my garage since 2002 so I need to do something to get a little more excitement out of him.
Thanks.

Ironically it is usually the intake mods (Lid) that throw off the Fuel Trims and MAF frequency. It is always smart to adjust the tune if you have the software and motivation.
Basic items like disabling COTP and aiming for an ideal AFR (~12.5-12.8) along with WOT timing adjustments will bring you the most HP/TQ gain.
A tune is always worth it. I agree, once you start adding H/C then it will take more effort to pin down your VE Tables, MAF adjustments, etc.
Good luck.
