Default ls1 edit Tuning in NY area

Any Ls1 edit tuners in the NY area? For the Silverados?
Better yet is anyone reading interested in Tuning my Truck, NY-NJ-Ma?

I am on Long Island, do you have Edit? I am sure I can help you out if you need it. I have Edit for my Camaro, and must say it works very well. Can't wait to finish my mods...

thanks for your reply and offer to help me. I have a cousin in Levitown.

I don't have edit or a lap-top/Atap, etc. I was going the route of a dyno tune session for now until I invest in a Lap top, etc. I know the edit cable is differant for the Trucks so finding shops that will tune them, especially in NY is hard.
I would buy the cable for my VIn and have the shop tune -perferably on a dyno so I can leave knowing stuff is really turned off, unlike my wonderfrul predator I invested in( a long boring story)

How about SLP? there facilty looks like they can tune anything?

East Side Performance in Connecticut. He is on this site as "NoGo". I would bet he is the best tuner on the east coast. Not sure how far he is from you but may be worth the trip.

Not to many shops have truck Edit.I know myself and Eastside do not have truck Edit.
Every couple of months I buy a 4 vin truck Edit when I have the customers ready. That way it saves the customer money and I still charge the shop rate of $450 for the complete tune out the door.

You can check with Cartek and some other NJ shop's.They might have it ready to go.

I just got dyno tuned at Vette Doctors. They did a fantastic job and it was only $299 for everything.

I suggest you buy your own LS1edit and let them use it to tune your truck. It licensed for one truck is not that much more. Somewhere down the road after you see what it is all about you will want to some adjusting on your own. A good example is adjusting part throttle shifts with that 4.10 gear. Getting it right can not be done on a dyno in one session. Also as you add mods to your truck you can make adjustments. There has not been a week passed where I have tried something different and made my truck more drivable to my tastes or faster.
