Default Time for a new tune?

I got my cam/bolt on SS dyno'd and tuned in July/August 2007. I don't drive it much and have only put maybe 3-5K miles on it since but last weekend my check engine light came on. I'm thinking I might need to change out my O2 sensors if that's the problem but should I get a new tune after I change them? I don't know how often you should get a tune, but it was done in 98* weather with 100% humidity so I have no clue.

Get the code read at your local parts store, most can read codes for free. Your tune cannot change on it's own other than the individual inputs it recieves from the various sensors. Bad data from one of the sensors can lead the pcm to take your normally perfectly working tune seem to run like dookie.
