Positive LTFTs lock in at WOT because the PCM thinks
you'll be unsafely lean otherwise. Then, with that much
extra fuel plus power enrichment, you end up pig-rich
especially if the mixture is closer to right, at higher
airflows.

you need to richen up your part throttle using the IFR table. if your ltfts are +5 or so at WOT, do your IFR table by 95% and see how it changes it, monitor it for a day or so and then after that make changes if needed
funny, i never saw my ltft's anyhting but 0 at WOT even when my fuel trims were off...maybe they werent off enough. but yeah check the part throttle out, do some sustained driving like where the gas stays fairly constant for about a min of so after driving for 20 min. interstate would work great
