Bad PCM?
GUys, is there any way to check the PCM to see if it is bad? If I can tie into it with HP Tuners, does that insenuate that it's good?
Reason for my question is as follows:
I finishing my KYTP front mount build and was going to fire the car up. While turning the car over, injector fuses out... to catch oil psi, the brass braided ground line from the block to the chassis got extremely hot. I assumed that the starter was going bad and purchased a new one. I asked them why the ground strap would get so hot... they told me because the primary ground from the batery was bad. Since i had to change the stock k member to a BMR, I found that where I attached the primary ground was not good. I moved it to the chassis and now everything is fine. I reinstalled the injector fuses. The car turns over, but I am not getting any fuel from the injectors. I am getting fuel to the rail however. I replaced the ignition relay, still no injectors.
Any help deeply apreciated.

Here is the latest.
I've got spark, I've got injector pulse width activity as indicated by HP TUners. I've changed the ignition relay, both injector fuses are good. I see about 180 rpm on HP Tuners scanner while turning it over.
Any help DEEPLY appreciated.

Just used a NOID light... seems that the injectors are actuating. Fuel pump primes the rails.... maybe she is not running during the crank sequence...... and reccommendations?
