A4 staying in 3rd gear after trans swap!! Me and my buddy just finished doin aa A4 to 6spd swaps on our cars. The former 6spd car is now back together with the A4 in it. We tried tuning it with HPtuners but the car will not shift out of 3rd gear. Can the 6spd computer be flashed with an auto tune or, does my computer out of my auto car have to go into the former 6spd car?

found a similar problem....i believe it is def the pcm's base tune setup....just have to figure out how to swap it over.....
