Help...wierd O2 sensor signal

Help...wierd O2 sensor signal when scanning my engine, the signal for my narrowband O2 sensors is flat...not osciallating like it is supposed to. Any idea what might cause this? I tried replacing the sensors, checked fuses, looked for obvious shorts, and flashed back the stock tune...but still get a flat signal. Any input is appreciated!

Yes, they are the front O2 sensors. I have them hooked up with extensions to long tube headers. The rear o2's have been replaced with O2 sims. The engine runs fine...but VERY lean (14.0-16.0 AFR) under moderate to mild acceleration as recorded by my AFX wide band.
Note... this entire setup ran fine for months...then suddenly I noticed my o2 scans were flat. I checked older scans were the signals were normal. I can't figure out what might have changed or caused the change.
