VE Edit Table and ChrisB's Log Analyzer (long)
I'm almost "there" with about 37000 valid frames. I still need to hit some low RPM/ low map cells (below 1600RPM) and high RPM cells. It's pretty exciting to see the new table develope ...especially the " MAP v RPM v VE " graph.
When I import the Logfile into ChrisB's Log Analyzer I have to change/uncheck the percentage VE value and the 100% value (2500 ->3000) each time. How do I change the default??
Should the 3D VE graph "SendKey" be functional?? Mine isn't.
My most important question - How do I get it to transfer the Log Analyzer VE Table to one of my LS1Edit files???
When I select the LS1Edit file the Analyzer then writes/rewrites the data. It then askes how I would like to save it,... Text-Tab Delimited etc? Regardless, of how I save it, I'm unable to open it with LS1Edit or LS1Prog.
It looks like the IDs from cell 1A have been stripped by the Analyzer. Actually, when I open the new file with Excel it looks like some of the "Russian Alphabet" is missing!
I copy/pasted the first cell but it still says 'Tuner PCM"
Has anyone else had this problem?? What can I do to remedy ( Remedy - an excellent Black Crows song) it ?? I hate to have to transfer this the old way - manually- when I'm so close.
I'm using Edit v1.31H.....I have v1.2 loaded also.FWIW.
Thanks guys.
joel
It doesn't save the default settings, you would have to change those everytime. It definitely isn't a finished program, but with cut and paste added to ls1 edit I didn't have as much use for it. If anyone wants to play around with it I would be more than happy to send out the source - but a fair warning, this was my fist VB project so it is a bit ugly

I like the way it makes things look
