Low res circuit code 0016

Low res circuit code 0016 My 95 camaro keeps throwing code 0016 which is the low res circuit code. I read in the book that this has somethin to do with the optical sensor on the optispark going bad. Has anyone else had this happen and what did they do to fix it. I did happen to run through a bad flooded spot that buried the optispark. I have ran the car no problems since than but this code comes on sometimes and shuts the car off completely while driving. I have a Dynaspark optispark which is the best in the business. I could use any tips anyone has. I am converting the car to the efi connections ls1 computer kit but I need this system last a little longer. Any help would be great thanks
