I got in on the GP from Speed Demon Motorsports...
KAT1EFIPRO- EFI Live V5 Pro Software with AT1 hardware - Supports Bi-Directional Controls
I downloaded version 6 to my laptop but it won't connect.
Here is a screenshot of what happens...

Look where it says, "Scanning for AutoTap V2 interface cable"
It goes through all the baud rates...then it says,
"Scanning for AutoTap V1 interface cable"
then it goes through that first baud rate (19200) and then it connects..
Does that mean I have V1 of the cable? I thought I paid for V2 (with bi-directional controls)???
Then it gives this error, "Error: No OBD II protocols were detected"
Excuse my ignorance, I'm new to this...

That baud rate is mighty low, mine auto-set-up
with the 153600(?). Be sure you told it the proper
cable type (Standard, Professional, V1, V2). Your
info indicates Professional and V2. (same as mine).
Some stuff like license key entry & connect don't
work right unless you tell it the proper cable type.
If you have a laptop that makes you use a USB or
other non-native serial resource, be sure it isn't
landing somewhere above COM3, the last one that
seems to be getting attempted / checked. Somewhere
in the settings I've seen a "maximum COM port to
try" entry.
