HPtuner 4400 checksum error

Anyone know what could cause a Error 4400 checksum when trying to read a PCM?

Hptuners support must not look at emails on sunday so i thought i would ask here. I just got the computer and its never been tuned or changed or anything

PCM was likely tuned previously and corrupted.

so what can i do with it?

im guessing ill have to find a tech 2 and reflash it?
