Frost does a great job as well. He did my sons tune after quite a few mods and it runs great. Turned it around in a few days too.
Just search for Frost and shoot him an email or check out his site http://tunedbyfrost.com/

Can't go wrong with Steve. We just finally dyno'd one of his mail order tunes and it was spot on. made 404/371 with a cam only t56 car with 12.1 AFR (which we knew tuning via narrowbands) only adjusted AFR with a wideband to 12.8 and picked up 10 rwhp and 10 rwtq other than that the tune was spot on.
Steve's customer service is also one of the best if not the best on this board or anywhere else i have tried. Always explains what and why he changed what he did and can point you in the right direction on other applications aswell.

I had TSP tune my PCM through mail order. They did simple things such as deleting rear o2's, deleting emissions stuff, changed shift points to match my stall and gears, tweaked fuel/air ratio, etc. It wasn't anything too complex but the car ran great when I got it back and still runs great three years later. Mine is NOT a full bolt-on though. I'm happy with it. Once I add more then it will be time for a real dyno tune.
