Default MAF Problem Help Please!!!!

Hey guys I have a 5.3 cammed headers and cold air intake and 42lb injectors. Had the car tuned it ran fine then it started throwing a P0101 code. So i replaced the MAF and the MAP. I have replaced the MAF 3 more times since then and it still throws the same code. It is popping at part throttle and it does not run as good and hard to start. Could this be a tuning issue or something else?? I have also tested it for a vacuum leak but could not find one.

It is a painless harness with a stock PCM, and stock MAF. The motor came from a 05 tahoe.

That is what I am wondering if the tune can make the code get thrown.
