Weird ETC WOT log

Weird ETC WOT log Seemed like the swapped 5.3L in my brothers buick wasn`t pulling as hard as it should so I figured I would start with the basics. Tried to log the throttle position at WOT and I got
TPS 100%
ETC Position 100%
ETC desired position 8%
ETC Pedal position 33%
What does that mean? Gas pedal was mashed to the floor so shouldn`t the pedal position be 100%? why would the desired position only be 8%

Thats what I`m thinking, just seemed like those #`s didn`t mean anything. I mean I guess 33% is 1/3 of 100 so maybe that was correct, but then I saw desired and thought WTF where did they get that random #. It was too dark to pull the air intake and verify WOT with the engine off and see if it reports the same #`s on the scanner. I`ll give that a try tomorrow.
I track tuned an 05 5.3 the other day and owner wouldn't go full throttle (too scarred?). So I tried loging ETC pedal position and it stopped at 40% and the ETC% was showing 100%, but when I dropped the ETC% back to 50% the Pedal was reading like 15%. So I don't know what the calculation is on that.
