I seriously doubt its a bug and since he has yet to contact us it makes that case even stronger. It would take me about 5 minutes to look over his info to determine if its a bug or exactly what the issue is, why you would recommend something that would hold him up for weeks probably isn't the best advice I've ever heard ![Rolleyes](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/rolleyes.gif)

Quite possibly it's been tuned before. Like I said above, it's not outside the realm of reason, and I'm not the original purchaser of the car.

They've managed to mess up 50% of my order. I ordered 6 parts. I've taken that issue up with them. And I would have expected slightly more from one of the premier tuners on LS1tech, that uses HP Tuners day in and out. They should have some knowledge of the products they sell and use on a daily basis. It's called customer service after the sale.
I highly doubt that it has a Custom OS. It's possibly been tuned before, as there is 152k miles on the engine, and I'm not the original owner. Quite possibly it's been tuned before. Like I said above, it's not outside the realm of reason, and I'm not the original purchaser of the car.
You highly doubt it? All you have to do is look. It's not uncommon for tunershops to load an Enhanced OS whether you want it or not, in order to use RTT and make there job easier. I've had something similar happen to me, I went to tune a car, I licensed it after reading it, then I went to flash the tune back in it and it asked me to license the Enhanced OS too.

post the tune file and info log here then.. it will take 2 sec to work out if it is a bug or not..
if you dont post it it is pretty clear that it has a custom os and your just trying to rip hpt off..
if it dosent have a custom os im sure bill will refund you your 2 credits..

Since you already spent 4 credits, you might as well take advantage of it...you can now real time tune that car, OR you can convert it to ANY of the other custom OS's such as 1 bar speed density with RTT, or if you ever put a blower or turbo on, you can go to 2 or 3 bar in that car...all at no more hptuners cost to you...you going to forgive HPTuners for doing nothing wrong now?...it's absolutely not their fault that the car was previously tuned with an enhanced OS, and their software worked EXACTLY how their licensing system says it will work.
