I tuned a friend of mine's GTO, and everything is fine except the idle. What all do i need to change in the idle section of the tune? All i did mess with is the desired airflow tables. I added about 15 percent. I also drilled out the hole in the throttle blade, and opened the set screw about 2 turns. It idle's fine if you ease in to the idle, but you have to give it some throttle when you start up and you cant let out of the throttle to fast or it also dies. I'm using EFI-Live btw.

Kinda hard to tell from your description... is it dying during rolling idle? Hard starting only cold, or hot and cold? Is the air/fuel right (did you tune it completely with a wideband)?

Post up the tune and I'll take a look at it.

 

Also, do you have logs - could use to see a log...
