Default tuneing ?

What I would like to know is, are all tunes the same. Do all the tuners tune in the same way. Is it you know how to tune or you don't. I know that every car is diff and they need their own tune. What I am trying to say can on tuner get 50hp more then the other tuner. But they both know how to tune. Or will both make same hp or very close to it.

WOT tuning on the dyno is actually the easiest part! What seperates the good tuners from the not-so-good is being able to tune the car from idle on up to WOT. So it doesn't stall at lights... or buck and hesitate. Forced induction and nitrous require knowledge as well - big HP differences can come in there if a tuner doesn't know what he's doing...

I just had my car tuned from Pat G. this past weekend. He tuned for driveability first then wot on the dyno. I believe he got 20hp over the previous tuner. the other tuner is reputable also.
He then set shift points. The car idles and and drives alot better than it did before. I have found my tuner.
