Default H/C tuning cold idle?

hey guys, just put a LQ4 shortblock in with PRC stage3 LS6 heads, custom grind cam, Fast90/90 and im having some issues, i have VE almost tuned and PE is almost perfect. the issue is with the idle, as soon as i start the car it idles around 1k, which is perfect, i want a 950-1000 idle idealy, as soon as the car sits for 30 secs or so it idles up to 1500 and stays there, ive played with airflow, cracker, follower tables.. any advice? thanks.

Engine>Idle>Idle Airflow

Friction Airflow Initial adds some air after start, goes
away at Friction Airflow Decay rate after Delay.

FAST TB may have a bigger IAC channel or just more
by-blade leakage than modeled, so the extra air from
Friction Airflow may be even more extra. If nothing
mechanical is likely to change you can pull out air
and speed the decay. May have to revisit it when
cold weather comes back, or just mess with the temp
cells you can observe at present.

so you reccomend pulling some of the value from the friction airflow decay? could that possibly correct a hanging idle as well? and also to add some value to the friction decay? thanks in advance.
