predator erased my custom tune?

predator erased my custom tune? So i had a custom tune done using my predator a couple months ago and now that its getting warmer its started to run a little rich.
Well i just went out and plugged it in and leaned out my tune just a little bit and when i started to download it, it had an error message and forced it to install the original backup.
Well after it did that i rebooted the hand held and thought i would just try again. The ******* programmer erased my custom tune. What the **** do i do know?

yes... whenever you restore original backup, like the tool just did, any custom tunes in it get erased... because restoring the original backup unlocks and resets the tool...
so, you just have to re-import the custom tune file into the predator again, no biggie...
you DO have the custom tune file, right?? and the serial cable/power adapter so you can hook it up to your PC??

I have the cable to download the tune. But I do not have the tune and its memorial weekend so I can't get a hold of the shop to email me the tune.
