Default Shift Tuning question

My car was dyno-tuned a few months back, and the shift points where changed. When I go WOT, the car shifts into second gear at around 6000 rpm. The problem is, if i got WOT and then drive normally after that the car shifts into second normally (around 2500-3000)rpm, but shifts really hard , kind of feels like somebodys kicking me in the butt. This goes on until i turn the car off .is this normal?

Sounds like its tripping one of the max-pressure enablers... any codes come in when it happens? Does it have a stall converter in it? Was the only thing done the tune and shiftpoint change?

Stock trans, I don't have a stall. What is the max-pressure enabler?

Basically, if a fault occurs, the computer picks it up and maxs out the pressure... first thing to do is take it back to the tuner and have him figure out what he did. May have some of the upshift/downshift points too close together or something...

Sounds like they adjusted your force motor current tables.
It is normal for that to happen once you go to wot,When those tables are like that.
You will not get any codes.
