Why Does B2S1 Fluctuate Weird At Idle? Scan Attached.

Why Does B2S1 Fluctuate Weird At Idle? Scan Attached. This is for my 79 C10 that I swapped in a 5.3 with 40,000 miles, Ive put 300 miles on it since install and cant figure out why the Pass 02 sensor fluctuates kinda irratic at idle.
It just has LT's everything else is stock.
Upon initial startup, my No.8 Injector wasnt firing, so I replaced it. I thought I may have fouled out the sensor and plugs, so I bought 2 brand new O2 sensors for bank2 afterwards(thought the 1st I bought may be bad, so I bought another, problem stayed the same), and brand new plugs.
Please help me get an idea of what may be causing this...
