Can someone shed some light on MAFT please.
I have some eibach springs and a TSP lid that i was lookin to trade maybe for a MAFT or something.. Didnt want to trade if this MAFT is worthless..
If you have a stock MAF sensor then you do not need a MAFT. If you have a non-stock MAF then you need to do some scanning and see how your car reacted to the non-stock MAF. You may and you may not need a MAFT. Some aftermarket MAF (like the SLP 85mm) come pre-calibrated so they are less likely to need tuning (however they still may).
Basically a ported MAF will flow more air then is being reported by the sensor. The MAFT allows you to alter the signal so that the MAF reports more accurately on the air flowing through it.

However I would not recommend it.. Could create a lot of headachs for you.
Port your TB first..
