Do you have the p/n grounded? IIRC some swaps required a resistor to ground on that circuit but that was for starting not rev limit. Have you tried the efilive forums and posted your tune/s?

Yes, tried EFI Live forums posted a tune and was actually told I need to start with a Corvette manual tune. So gonna see how that goes.
