So, if you've got an intake leak that you don't know about, or a misfire....
I was thinking about this today. If you did a cam swap and ended up with some sort of intake leak, how yould you know? I mean, we all are scaling the IFR table to get the LT's in the -'s , so how would you even know if you had an intake leak that was causing a 3% lean condition, or even more? The IFR table scaled enough would fix that, right? Same thing goes for a misfire. If you had a miss that was making the 02's think the car was running lean, vouldn't the rescaling of the IFR table mess that up?

Yes, thats why you need to make sure that everything is right before you go crazy changing the pcm. I have never touched my IFR table and my LT's are on the mark everywhere except idle.
I do have an LT split because of a leak in my FLP headers. That should be fixed real soon.
