Transition to PE MODE...what happens?

Transition to PE MODE...what happens? I have MAP to enable and TPS set at stock (15 MAP to enable, TPS 2800 rpm and up is 19%). Should I consider changing this? Reason I'm asking is that the only place I am getting KR is on a 2nd or 3rd gear (maybe fourth) pull from 2500rpm. The KR shows up right at or just after going into PE MODE, about 4,000 rpm then tapers off at about 5200rpm. However no KR on a WOT 1/4 mile run through all four gears. I have tried all the other crap to rid myself of this including adding fuel in and copying the LOT to the HOT..... no difference. Just wondering if this may have something to do with it.
