Help with my Tune, check out the logs
Here's the deal, I just switched from a 04 GTO PCM to a F-body 411 PCM so I would be able to install A/C on my swap. My tuner copied over all the tables and such for the tune, but now with the 411 PCM installed the Car won't rev over 1600RPMs. I'm trying to figure out why so I did some data logging. Thanks for any help.
Copied form the other thead:
I guess I missed some steps, I tried using the little paperclip function, but no dice. Oh well ...........Attachment 8644Attachment 8643
The 1st log was done right after startup and I did multiple attempts to rev the engine over 1600rpms.
The 2nd log was started before the startup so you could see how high it revs on startup and then I let it rev and idle until the temps where high enough to turn the 1st fan relay on.
Edit: I'm not sure if the links to the logs above will work since they are from the Efi site, so here is the link to the thread. Thanks for any help.

What would cause the car to go into abuse mode besides the VSS. The VSS should be correct, it has the same pins on GTO pcm and F-Body PCM and it worked fine with the GTO PCM for 5 months. Thanks for any help.

Thanks for any help.
Also, I think the tune is posted in the link above.
Those guys are good over there. I'm sure it will get sorted out.
Out of curiosity, what is it about the F-Body PCM that will allow you to run A/C and the GTO PCM won't? Aren't they both 0411's?
No the 2004 GTO is a 6243 and it uses the BCM for the low speed fan function and the AC request
The first segment swap UTE did, had the same results, the second one Grant hasn't recieved yet, since we were looking at some other issues first

his log showed EQR 1.047-1.061 when the rpm was swinging between 2310 and 833 (with IBPW not cutting to zero)... in the tune file the AM commanded fuel is EQR 1.05, and I couldn't see any other commanded fuel in this range...
Now, if AM is enabling then the PCM/file thinks it is for an AT...
so hopefully the second file starts from a manual trans file and swaps in the engine segment.
