ls1 frankenstein help!!

HELP ME PLEASE
i have an LS1 from a ws6 with approx 21k miles on it.
pcm is from a ls1 99-04
t56 from a ssr before the 6.0 (ls2)
throttle pedal from a corvette with tac module
harness is http://www.painlessperformance.com/w...rchAll=Customs
the problem is I have a tb from a 03-07 truck it has a 8 pin connector like below

and the harness has a 6 pin and 2 pin

can i make my tb work? or shoild i buy a older vette or truck tb? also which reflash is best, original map on pcm is for throttle cable not dbw

Can you make that setup work with a soldering gun and some electrical widgets...probably. Do I know how....no.
But if I was in your shoes I would check the PCM Part # against what the harness is pinned for (painless lists this). If they don't match change one. Following this I would get a different TB to match the harness suitability.
